Registration Rates and Deadlines

Meeting Registration:Registration includes all program sessions (breakfasts, general sessions, exhibit hall breaks and reception) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.).
Early-bird/Pre-registration Discount:Applied automatically based on the registration deadlines.
Priority Code Discount:Enter in the priority code field, tap apply, discount will be reflected in your order total. Code must be entered at time of registration (no refunds on past purchases).
Registration Refunds:Requests for refunds must be submitted writing toregistration@HealioLive.com5/19/22;一个服务fee of $200 for physicians and $100 for all other categories will apply. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.
